Refunds Policy:
We will provide a full refund for pool admissions if an unauthorised use of your card is proven.
Bookings/ lessons refund policy:
Due to a Leisure Activity Exemption; bookings for leisure activities with specific dates and times are not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind or decide not to attend the lessons, we cannot refund any balance from the course booking. Instructors and class spaces are reserved based on learners’ commitments to the scheduled course.
14-Day Returns Policy:
Please produce a proof of purchase for the item. Only items that are in their original packaging, undamaged, unworn, and in a clean condition are eligible for return. This is crucial for receiving a full or partial refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be aware of the following return policy guidelines for swimming costumes and goggles:
- Items must be unused and not exposed to water.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Items must be in a resalable condition.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled items will not be refunded. Please be aware that only items proven to be defective at the time of purchase can be refunded.
Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your item. We take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and will need to investigate the reported defect in more detail.
To assist us in this process, please contact the reception team and provide us with the defective item and the proof of purchase. Once received, we will inspect the item and advise on the steps to resolve the problem.
