Lane Swimming (Ages 13+)
Lane swimming provides a dedicated space for swimmers aged 13 and over to enjoy an organised swim at their own pace. Lanes are divided by speed to accommodate all abilities, whether you prefer a steady, relaxed swim or a more intensive workout.
The calm and focused environment is ideal for endurance training, technique improvement, or simply unwinding in the water. Clearly marked lanes help ensure a structured and uninterrupted swimming experience.
Please note that the number of lanes available may vary between sessions, and some lane swimming sessions may operate with fewer lanes than others.
Equipment Guidelines
- Training fins and paddles are permitted in the fast lanes for experienced swimmers.
- Snorkels and diving masks are not permitted during lane swimming sessions.
