This 45-minute exercise class takes place in the shallow end of the main pool, offering a low-impact workout using the resistance of pool water. Led by experienced qualified Aquatic Fitness Instructors, the class includes a mix of aerobic movements, strength exercises, and flexibility training, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Woggles and Aqua dumbells are provided to help with buoyancy and resistance, allowing for a full-body workout that’s easy on the joints. You can work as hard as you want with no pressure or judgment from the regular users. The water’s support helps improve balance and coordination while reducing strain, making AquaFit an ideal option for those looking for a gentle yet effective way to stay active.
